If the Customer provides his/her own design or otherwise influences the product, the Customer assures idearocks.com that the design (text and image) are not subject to any rights held by third parties. The Customer need to assure idearocks.com that by personalizing the product he/she is also not violating any other rights held by third parties.

The customer releases idearocks.com from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall reimburse idearocks.com for all defense costs and other damages resulting from any such action.

The information, images, photographs, trademarks, products and in general the elements and material made available through this Site are and will remain the exclusive property of the idearocks.com (except each customer personalization/design property rights); no right, title and/or interest in any material or software may be deemed assigned to you as a result of any such download or copying. You may not reproduce, totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, modify totally or in part, or sell any of such information, images, photographs, trademarks, products and in general elements and material contained in this Site.
