4. What is the accepted image file format?
Currently we accept JPG, PNG, CDR and PDF. Please note that in order to get the maximum quality, we recommend you use CDR or PNG.
5. How to shop at idearocks.com?
You need to register or login first, choose the item you want to buy and then add to the shopping cart, you can continue shopping or checkout.
6. What is Rocks Point?
Rock point is one of Idearocks payment. You can use this point to purchase item at our webstore.
7. How do I collect Rocks Point?
You can collect your Rocks Point, whenever you create and sell one of our items above the given base price.
The difference is your benefit. Or whenever there is a promotion from our store.
8. How do I redeem Rocks Point?
You have to have at least ROP 50000, before you redeem. To redeem, please simply give us your bank account and we
will do the transfer for you. The process will be around 2-3 workdays.
Please note, that currently we only accept Bank Central Asia for transferring ROP.

It's very simple, CHOOSE design you like, CREATE your product, then PURCHASE your product, make PAYMENT
via bank transfer, we will ship it to your door house!
2. What is the minimum order?
NONE, There are no minimum order!
3. I'm not within Jakarta area, can I buy Idearocks product as well?
Why not, they will be delivery cost to bear through.
4. What is the shipping methods Idearocks use?
For domestic delivery, we use TIKI or JNE, which nationally recognize.
5. How do I know if my order has been processed by Idearocks?
Once you login, there is a "Order History" menu, which will track your transaction history.

We have many different type of T-Shirts and apparels, and we always look forward to launch new and limited product.
2. What are the material use by Idearocks?
We are using imported material which meet world quality standards. We have various and different type of material from single colour to multiple colour printing.
3. How much are Idearocks product?
Price vary from IDR 45.000 to IDR 130.000
4. What are the available sizes?
All T-Shirts comes with S,M,L,XL (Asian size).
5. What is the maximum printing area?
Standard printing is around 20cm * 30cm, but of course it also can be customized according request.
6. How long does it take to product 1 t-shirt?
If you purchase from our store, more less is around half and hour, while you are still searching for design, we have finished creating your product. If you order online, it will be delivered in next business day.

1. Does Idearocks work hours have limitations for order online and order directly?
For order online Idearocks does not restrict the order that you do. But for order directly you can visit our store at Mal Ciputra floor # 04 no. 09.
